How is vibration measured?

Two distinct devices are required for vibration analysis: an accelerometer and a secondary analysis device that processes and displays the data measured by the accelerometer.
How an Accelerometer Works: An accelerometer consists of a mass moving inside a coil. This motion is generated as the accelerometer, which is securely fixed to the machine, moves in unison with it.
Voltage and Vibration: Greater movement generates higher voltage, which is directly proportional to the vibration level.
